The Workshop is strategically located in Ajman New Industrial Area and serving customer’s requirements by supplying them with HVAC duct work. Sheet Metal. Works and all other related products / Accessories as per requirement. Although the A/C Duct Workshop is newly established. It started business optimizing professional and experienced staff in order to meet and exceed all customers’ expectations. Midas is dedicated towards quality of their products due to the top management commitment to never compromise on quality. This inspired all employees to work more efficiently and bring continuous improvement to production.
Rectangular GI Ducts
It is manufactured to meet the most stringent HVAC/Industrial specifications and quality standards. Rectangular GI Ducts are fabricated out of hot dipped galvanized steel sheet of lock forming quality as standard duct material.
MS - Mild Steel Ducting
MS ducting is made from the high quality mild steel which contains 0.16–0.29% carbon being neither brittle nor ductile. In kitchen exhaust MS ducts are largely used owing to its inherently fire resistant characteristic which can be further enhanced by Fire Rated Spray Coat or painted with multiple coats of Red Oxide.
SS - Stainless Steel Ducting
These are useful for businesses and large manufacturing companies which calls for its specialized use in voluminous and industrialized applications. Use of stainless steel duct-work for any specialist application is recommended for its strength and rigidity which is similar to a galvanized iron duct. Its appearance though is much sleeker than the one in an aluminum duct it stands way out for its corrosion resistant characteristic.
Aluminum Ducting
This lightweight malleable and corrosion resistant metal in ‘Stucco Embossed’ type is used as cladding on exposed Rectangular or Spiral duct. Apart from this, Plain type (Reflector / Matt finish) is also widely used as air ducts in areas such as swimming pool, clean rooms of sensitive/industrial films etc.
Spiral Ducting
These ducts are made out of Quality GI sheets manufactured by metal industry’s leading steel manufacturers and use of quality GI sheets ensures rigidity. Spiral duct is attractive and is frequently specified by architects because of its superior aesthetic appeal; it can be finished to blend in with or stand out in an indoor ambiance.
Duct Flanges
Tests have proved that quality duct fabrication fitted with efficient flanging systems pre-empt those nagging leakages. A perfect combination of Midas Duct and Flanging systems can alone provide an answer to that internal malaise. Premium quality Flange comes with integral sealant which curtails seepages significantly. Integral sealant help the flange cling to the duct body tightly providing firmness and stability thereby creating effective barrier against any pressure drop.

Rubber Insulation
It is a flexible & light weight elastomeric Nitrile foam material designed for thermal insulation. Superlon’s expanded closed cell structure provide an efficient vapor barrier for the prevention of condensation or frost formation on cooling systems, chilled water & refrigeration lines. It also reduces heat loss for hot water plumbing & heating, dual temperature piping & solar systems and it protects pipes against corrosion and acts as a vibration damper.
Rockwool Insulations
Fujairah Rockwool is a mineral fiber insulation material produced from locally available diabase rock with outstanding thermo-acoustic insulation properties. Rockwool products are used in both commercial and industrial establishments as in the insulation of power plants, desalination plants, ships etc. It reduces heat loss for fuel savings, control temperature drop, prevent condensation of outside ducts and pipes, reduce sound levels etc.
