Skodtec Elevators design, supply & install all range of Passenger Elevators, such as Panoramic Elevators, Hospital Elevators, Freight Elevators, Machine Room-less Elevators, Hydraulic Elevators, Villa Elevators, Automobile Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators, Moving Walks etc... We Import these items from Hydral-Italy, UT Lifts-India & Ningbow (China make – German technology).

Annual Maintenance & Service: We design, supply, install & maintenance of all types of Elevators and Escalators. Our team of 40 members (employees) consists of Engineer & Supervisor & Technicians and qualified assistants who are well trained and highly experienced. Also they are thoroughly familiar with all major makes of elevators such as Kone, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Otis, Sigma, Hitachi, Ultra Fuji, Safety elevators, Fujitec etc. Needless to mention, all of our staff is well versed with International safety regulations.
We always ensure that tasks are carried out under high level of supervision by suitably qualified and experienced supervisory personnel strictly adhering to Customer’s specification, international quality, safety and standards and code of practice.
Our preventive Maintenance services:Preventive maintenance schedule including inspections, lubrication, adjustments and repair/replacement of parts for each units under service. Visits are planned as per schedule to ascertain the characteristics of parts and equipment in order to minimize the risk of failure or breakdown. Our technical specialists carry out an audit of the equipments safety and quality in two years. This will be presented to the client up on request, with recommendations for the upgrading, modernization or replacement of equipment/parts for the improvement of the performance of the Elevator
Modernization: We undertake modernization/renovation of any make of elevators.
If you want your old lift to perform like the new hi-tech lift. Do not worry; we are here to update your old technology lift to the new hi-tech lift with minimum replacement of parts.
If you want your old lift to be equipped with Microcomputer controller that provides you the facilities like Collective selective operation, Floor position indicators, Call register indicators, Automatic fan and light on/off system and much more, we are here to do the same with satisfaction. Skodtec Elevator undertakes modernization of Control panel, Machine set, Safety equipment, Car, Door, Operating panel, or any other parts of lift. In short your old lift can be updated to a new lift according to your choice with better performance at affordable prices.
Our commitment: We provide 24/7 break down service, maintains 24 hours service to emergencies such as trapped users. Our service centre provides with urgent delivery of spare parts and components, ensuring the faster recovery of the equipment (lift/escalators)
