Namaste!
This is Mahalakshmi Kousalya giving yoga classes in Dubai as a Freelancer yoga instructor.
I am a qualified female yoga instructor, teaching for pregnancy women, kids
and adults in all age for men and women, all nationalities.
I am teaching all styles of yoga like Hatha, Ashtanga, Therapy, Shat Karmas
(Purificatory process - KapalaBhati, Trataka, Neti, Nauli, Dhauti and
Bhasti), All kinds of Pranayamas for all ages.
I have received several national and international yoga championships. I
have finished several yoga courses like Diploma in yoga, yoga TTC and ATTC
courses, PG Diploma in Yoga, M.Sc. Yoga, and B.Sc. Psychology.
I have attended the ASIAN YOGA CONFERENCE for the year 2008 and 2009 with
Mr.Sudhakar, Pure Yoga, HongKong.
In a nutshell I am a continuous and ardent practitioner and preacher of yoga
for the past 15 years and have received so many national and international
awards in Yoga practice.
